Kristen Draz and William Holland farm 10 acres at Wakamatsu Farm, leased from the American River Conservancy, and have farmed on their own since 2019.
Certified organic since 2019 and grown with reduced tillage for restaurants, BriarPatch Co-op and its own farm stand.
